Terms
The personalized Frequency – Resonance Code – is a personalized digital content (MP3). The right of withdrawal is excluded in accordance with § 312g para. 2 no. 1 and no. 6 of the German Civil Code (BGB). By completing the payment, you agree to the immediate execution of the contract and confirm the loss of your right of withdrawal in accordance with § 356 para. 5 BGB.

Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by German law. Any legal disputes will be settled in the courts of Berlin, Germany.

Refund Policy

Digital Products
We do not offer refunds for digital content once it has been accessed.

Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time, but payments already made are non-refundable unless legally required. For technical issues, please contact: info@htgmusic.com.

Exceptions
We may offer refunds in specific cases (e.g. duplicate charges or failed delivery).
